OTOSAD-98 automatic hydraulic steel reliever provides automatic relieving of straight,
beveled or anti-kickback shoulders in one cycle.
OTOSAD-98 is designed specially for relief grinding of T.C.T. circular saw blade bodies. After
grinding a circular saw for many times, the carbide-tip gets abraded and the distance between
the carbide-tip and the saw blade body diminishes. On the minimum level, the saw
can not perform the cutting process properly. To use such saw blades again, relief grinding
with OTOSAD-98 should be processed. After and creating an adequate
operating distance by relief grinding, the old saw blade is ready to be used again. |
